Toyota UK announced pricing and details for the new 2012 Avensis.

The new Avensis has some canny changes across the range including sharper styling, better driving dynamics and a quieter cabin. The top-selling 2.0-litre D-4D engine has lower CO2 emissions at 119g/km, which will certainly help with its ongoing appeal to fleet buyers.

On the engine and performance part, the 2012 Avensis facelifted sedan is powered by 2.0LD-4D turbodiesel which has CO3 emission figure at 119g/km.

The automaker announced that the new range starts at £18,450 for the 1.8 Valvematic T2 sedans with six-speed manual transmission, up to £28,885 for the 2.2 D-CAT 150 6AT T Spirit variant.
The 2012 Avensis model will reach showrooms early next year.
